Our driver and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Depart for Ninh Binh, approximately 110 km south of Hanoi.
09:30 | Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. Explore the historic temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang, Emperor Le Dai Hanh, their royal families, and learn about the important role Hoa Lu played in Vietnamese history.
12:00 | Local Lunch
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant featuring regional Vietnamese specialties.
13:30 | Tam Coc Sampan Boat Ride
Board a traditional sampan for a scenic 1.5-hour boat trip through Tam Coc, meaning “Three Caves.” Cruise along peaceful waterways surrounded by towering limestone cliffs, rice fields, green countryside, and mysterious caves. Relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
15:30 | Mua Cave & Ngoa Long Mountain (Optional)
Continue to Mua Cave and take a rewarding hike to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain. From the summit, enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the vast rice valleys, Winding River, and Limestone Mountains of Ninh Binh.
17:00 | Return to Hanoi
Board the bus and relax on the journey back to Hanoi.
