Know before you go

• This is a day tour only. Please plan your start time so you can use the full 4-hour ticket validity (until 16:00). After 16:00, the buses operate without stops and hopping on/off is not available. To enjoy the full route, passengers are advised to start the trip no later than 12:00.
• Preferred starting point: Central Post Office, but you may start and finish your tour at any stop along the route.
• Check-in for the War Remnants Museum is available from 08:30 – 15:30.
• To receive your museum ticket, please meet the Anh Viet Hop On – Hop Off staff in red T-shirt at our standee located right at the museum entrance gate (28 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward).
• Duration: 4 hours (plus up to 1 hour to visit attractions).
• Operating hours (day tour): First bus at 08:00 – last bus at 15:30

• Frequency: every 30 minutes

Additional information:

• To support sustainable travel, complimentary drinking water refills are available from a shared onboard water container. Paper cups are provided.
• Smoking and pets are not permitted on board.
• Tours operate rain or shine. Refunds are only available if the service is suspended due to severe weather. If you choose not to travel because of heavy rain, you may reschedule your booking for another date.

Redemption and Cancellation information

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Enter the venue directly with your e-voucher. Passengers must present confirmed booking voucher (Smartphone/ Printed) to bus staff on board.
• Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.

• Tickets purchased for public holidays and Tet are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• While we strive to ensure a smooth and regular service, bus schedules may be delayed, reduced in frequency, or have routes changed suddenly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures during holidays and festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated.
