• Operating hours and boarding locations:
  Day Tour: First departure at 08:00, last departure at 15:30 from the Central Post Office – 02 Cong Xa Paris street, Saigon ward.
  Night Tour: First departure at 16:00, last departure at 22:30 from 92–96 Nguyen Hue Street, Saigon ward.

Frequency: every 30 minutes

• Tour operation: Valid for 24 hours from first use and includes both day and night tours. Hop-on hop-off service is available during the day tour only. Night tours operate as non-stop panoramic sightseeing tours and return to the departure point.
• Complimentary Experience:

+ Complimentary tickets and bonus experiences must be used within the validity period of the 24-hour ticket.

+ Customers who choose the Independence Palace or War Remnants Museum as their complimentary experience must collect their admission tickets from Anh Viet Hop On Hop Off staff before entering the attraction. Tickets are available daily from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

+ Please meet Anh Viet Hop On Hop Off staff near the ticket booth and entrance gate of the Independence Palace. Staff wear red uniforms for easy identification.

+ Please meet Anh Viet Hop On Hop Off staff at our standee near the museum entrance (28 Vo Van Tan Street, District 3). Staff wear red uniforms for easy identification.

+ Transfer Point for the complimentary Saigon – Cho Lon Chinatown Panoramic Bus Tour: 92–96 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1.

Additional information:

• Tours operate rain or shine. Refunds are only available if the service is suspended due to severe weather. If you choose not to travel because of heavy rain, you may reschedule your booking for another date.
• To support sustainable travel, complimentary drinking water refills are available from a shared onboard water container. Paper cups are provided.
• Smoking and pets are not permitted on board.

Redemption and Cancellation information

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Enter the venue directly with your e-voucher. Passengers must present confirmed booking voucher (Smartphone/ Printed) to bus staff on board.
• Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.

• Tickets purchased for public holidays and Tet are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• While we strive to ensure a smooth and regular service, bus schedules may be delayed, reduced in frequency, or have routes changed suddenly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures during holidays and festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding is appreciated.
