Hanoi City Hop On – Hop Off is a flexible and convenient sightseeing tour that combines transportation and visits to many of Hanoi’s most famous attractions aboard a double-decker bus. Save money and explore the capital at your own pace. You can hop on and hop off the bus at any stop along the route. Stay as long as you like at each attraction, then catch any Hop-On Hop-Off bus to continue your journey whenever you are ready.

Enjoy unlimited travel on the Hanoi City Hop On – Hop Off Tour, featuring 13 stops and passing more than 20 famous attractions, allowing visitors to explore and experience the city in their own way. The route includes Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square – Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Hanoi Flag Tower, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Cua Bac Church, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, Vietnamese Women’s Museum, Hanoi Opera House, and Hanoi Post Office.

Information Before Purchasing Tickets

• Daily departures
• Departure time from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 18:30.
  The bus departs from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square – Hoan Kiem Lake.
  The morning service ends at 12:00 and resumes at 13:00.
  The last bus departs at 17:30 and returns to Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square – Hoan Kiem Lake, concluding the route.
• Buses operate daily under normal and stable weather conditions
• Buses pass each stop every 30 minutes
• Tickets are valid for single use. If the ticket validity has not expired, it can be reused on the following day.
• One full loop takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes if passengers do not get off at any stops.

  (weekdays) – No. 1 Dinh Tien Hoang Street

• Departure Information:
  Hop On – Hop Off Bus: The bus starts at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square – Hoan Kiem Lake.
  Along the way, passengers will pass famous attractions such as St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Hanoi Flag Tower, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Cua Bac Church, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, Vietnamese Women’s Museum, Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Post Office, and ends at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square – Hoan Kiem Lake.
• Note: Passengers may use either a paper ticket or an electronic ticket on their mobile phone at the following stops:

• To support sustainable travel, complimentary drinking water refills are available from a shared onboard water container. Paper cups are provided.
• Smoking and pets are not permitted on board.
• Tours operate rain or shine. Refunds are only available if the service is suspended due to severe weather. If you choose not to travel because of heavy rain, you may reschedule your booking for another date.

REDEMPTION AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Enter the venue directly with your e-voucher. Passengers must present confirmed booking voucher (Smartphone/ Printed) to bus staff on board.
• Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.

• Tickets purchased for public holidays and Tet are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• While we strive to ensure a smooth and regular service, bus schedules may be delayed, reduced in frequency, or have routes changed suddenly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures during holidays and festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances.
